13.07.2016 Dear Bank of America administration,

I, Maksym Kutsevol, together with my partners Kantsara V.D. and Kantsara V.V. have incorporated in California as United Web Technology Corp. For which on 13 May 2016 I opened a bank account #325036234907 in your bank (Bank of America). (see: Doc1 )
After Kantsara V.V. tried to transfer investment funds she got reply that the account is closed (see: Doc3) and I got to know that account is blocked. The funds Kantsara V.V. tried to transfer were legally earned being a teacher in PRC (see: Doc4). The amount was $2000.
Ciril Anderson gave me phone number + 1 877 2406886 which I called and there Alex, the support specialist, stated that my account was closed for 'business reasons' and that I am blocked and can never be a client of Bank of America.
To clarify things for me, please:
* State me the reason why the account was closed.
* Provide me the date when the account was blocked/closed.
